Report Details

Project Summary

This section is divided in two areas:
  1. Recent Activity: a summary of changes that occurred during the time span.
  2. Project Status: the overall status of the Project at the time the report/email was generated.

Device/Task Details

Each Device/Task in the report includes the following columns of information:

  1. Device/Task Name: includes an icon that indicates whether it represents a Device or Task, and general information such as Name and Part Number. If the Status is Installed/Completed, the name of the user that marked the Device/Task as Installed/Completed is shown.
  2. Primary: will either show Primary if the Device/Task is a Primary or it will show the name of its Primary Device/Task if it is a Secondary.
  3. Action: until SiteOwl releases future features, this will always show Install for Devices and Task for Tasks.
  4. Status: shows the current Installation/Completion Status, as well as the previous status if there was a change. The current and previous statuses display an arrow between them. This arrow will be red if the status was a regression (i.e., Installation Status changed from Installed to In Progress).
  5. Notes: shows the Device's current Installation Notes. If the Device/Task has an unresolved Flag, then the Flag Date and Note are shown.

Devices/Tasks with an Issue

A Device's/Task's row will be red if any of the following has occurred during the time span:

  1. The Installation/Completion Status regressed
  2. The Operational Status regressed
  3. The Device/Task has an active Flag that was added
