There are some circumstances which may require you to empty your Chrome browser cache in order to address issues with SiteOwl. Please follow the steps below to perform this action.
- Close your SiteOwl browser tab.
- In a new browser tab, click the kebab icon (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the browser to open the menu.

Choose the Delete Browsing Data option.
- In the Time range drop-down, select the All time option.

Select the following checkboxes: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
- Click the Delete data button.
