How to Clear Browser Cookies and Other Site Data

There are some circumstances which may require you to empty your Chrome browser cache in order to address issues with SiteOwl. Please follow the steps below to perform this action.
  1. Close your SiteOwl browser tab.
  2. In a new browser tab, click the kebab icon (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the browser to open the menu.

  3. Choose the Delete Browsing Data option.


     

  4. In the Time range drop-down, select the All time option.

  5. Select the following checkboxes: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. 

     

  6. Click the Delete data button.
  7. Finally, open a new browser tab and navigate to SiteOwl (https://live.site-owl.com).
