Overview
This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of the SiteOwl Customer Portal, covering login, navigation, and key sections such as Home, Estimates, Invoices, Payments, and Statements — all accessible from one convenient dashboard.
Accessing the Customer Portal
If you’re the primary billing contact associated with your SiteOwl account, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the Customer Portal. This invitation allows you to securely access your invoices, subscriptions, and payment details online.
If you need to grant additional users access to the Customer Portal, please contact the SiteOwl Support Team for assistance.
Click on the “Accept Invitation” button in the email.
Log in or Create an Account
After accepting the invitation, you’ll be redirected to the SiteOwl Customer Portal login page
New Customers / First-Time Users:
You’ll need to sign up using the same email address that received the invitation and create a new password before logging in to the Customer Portal.
Existing Customers:
Use your registered email address and password to log in to your SiteOwl Customer Portal
Portal Navigation
After logging in, you’ll see the SiteOwl Customer Portal dashboard, which includes six key sections

Statements
Managing Your Account Details
Under Home, click View More to access My Details. Here, you can set up your account information, update billing and contact details, and add or edit payment methods.
Add/Update Payment Method
After logging in to the Customer Portal, you can add/update payment details by navigating to Home → My Details. You can choose to pay using a Card or Bank Account, and your information will be saved securely for future transactions.

View and Pay Invoices
Navigate to the 'Invoices' tab to view all available invoices. Click an unpaid invoice and select 'Pay Now' to proceed with payment.
Note: First-time users must add a valid payment method before initiating any invoice payment.

Verify Payments Made
Navigate to the Payments Made tab to view all payments you’ve made toward your invoices
Statements
In the Statements tab, you can view a detailed Statement of Accounts showing all transactions between your company and SiteOwl. You can also have the statements printed or downloaded as PDFs.
