Maintain scope clarity & BOM accuracy by:

• Keeping part numbers and names aligned with your system of record

• Connecting devices to hubs & add port assignment.

• Attach photos to devices to clarify field-of-view and installation vision.

Provide reports and documentation for quotes by:

• Using the Project Overview Report and Parts List generated from SiteOwl to quickly construct your quotes.

• Choose a strategy for tracking labor—by device group or individually. Both can be saved into your favorites to expedite your work.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders by:

• Adding them as View-Only to collaborate on designs without interfering with your work.
