When you license SiteOwl Live, you have access to a number of downloadable reports that greatly enhance your ability to assess the status of Live Site Devices. Reports are accessible from the Live Site Card, the Live Site Plan view, or the Live Planning dashboard. This page outlines the highlights of each report with links to more detailed information on each report.

Live Site Reports: Overview
Inventory Report for Live Sites
This 3-tab Excel formatted file provides Device counts grouped by Part Number, Device Type, and Plan. Using Excel enables you to take advantage of its features like Filtering columns and creating Pivot Tables.
Intended Users:
- User Administration
- Service Coordinators
Common Use Cases:
Assessing devices across Live Sites in terms of:
- Count per Part Number
- Count per Device Type
- Count per Location
Aging and Warranty Report for Live Sites
This report provides Aging and Warranty data grouped by Part Number, Device Type, and Plan in a multi-worksheet Excel file format, allowing you to take advantage of Excel's features like Filtering columns and creating Pivot Tables.
Intended Users:
- User Administration
- Service Coordinators
Common Use Cases:
- Used to assess the age and warranty status of Live Site Devices.
Connections Report for Live Sites
This report provides information on all Hub Devices and their associated Devices and Ports.
Intended Users:
- Live Site Managers
- Service Coordinators
- Service Technicians
Common Use Case:
- Used when a summary of all Connections within a Site is needed.
- Documentation that can be used onsite during a service call.
Numbered Plan Report for Live Sites
Single plan detailed report with numbered pins and pin details.
Intended Users:
- Live Site Managers
- Service Coordinators
Common Use Case:
- Share a single plan including a pin list

Icon Plan Report for Live Sites
Single plan summary report with pin labels that can contain Device/Task Name, Abbreviated Name, and Part Number. This report does not include detailed pin information.
